My passion is your Strengths.

I started in Strengths Coaching in 2013 and fell in love with the fact that not only did I understand myself better, but I also had amazing insight into the people around me - my husband, my daughters, my friends and colleagues.
 
When I discovered Strengths, it triggered a feeling of responsibility in me to see and appreciate others through the lens of their unique talents. My life passion is to teach you to do the same and transform the way you see and understand those around you.
 
The CliftonStrengths assessment is a developmental tool that helps define the positive and potential in all of us. It also assists in building productive teams by improving communication and breaking down barriers.
 
It increases our ability to to understand others and to be understood, and gives us tools to treat others with grace and kindness, build great working teams, and improve communication with family and friends. 

On a personal note...

I am a mom to four girls. I was a surgical scrub nurse at the University of Iowa, until I had my first little girl. My husband and I moved to Alexandria in 2000. We enjoy camping, fishing, hunting and swimming in Alexandria's many lakes.
